Initial Consultation

After our complimentary 15 minute phone consultation, we will meet and discuss your project and design needs either on site or elsewhere. This is where we get to know each other and underline your needs of the project. We learn in detail what it is you are hoping to achieve, and understand your vision, budget, and timeframe. The initial consultation fee is $380 and is a duration of up to two hours.

Proposal

Following our consultation and meeting, we will create a customised Project Proposal for your consideration, where it will be tailored to your project needs and vision. This will incorporate the project brief, scopes of the project, the budget, timeframe, and the the design services contract along with our fees. 

Design Process

We understand no two projects are the same, so we tailor each of the following stages to suit you:

Procurement & Project Oversight

Now that we've agreed on everything, we will hand over the tender drawings for the fittings as needed. We will prepare an FFE Schedule where we will both go over our chosen finishes, fixtures, and equipment - and will then begin purchasing upon your approval. We will be visiting regularly to oversee the fittings and progress of the project coming together until completion.
